We take care of the entire process from timber to finished workbench in our factory. Our products are manufactured from FSC labelled wood on the philosophy that quality demands both time and a wealth of detail. Which is why it takes us months and hundreds of parts to make a truly good workbench. A bench that develops a beautiful patina over time and can be passed from generation to generation. Our products are 100% recyclable. Sjöbergs is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of professional handicraft benches. We create everything by hand in our factory in Stockaryd, just as we have done for almost 100 years.

We strive to make continuous improvements to our ISO 9001 and 14001 systems, and the FSC^® system. We abide by FSC^® traceability standards for all purchases. We comply with all legislation and other requirements. Sjöbergs’ employees assume a natural responsibility for good environmental practice.

FSC® – Forest Stewardship Council®
FSC is an international, non-profit organisation whose primary goal is to ensure sustainable forestry. Accordingly, FSC has developed global forestry standards that have led to the exemplary management of a substantial proportion of the world’s forests. The FSC logo assures consumers that a wood-based product is made with wood from sustainable forestry or from the considerate use of forest resources.
